Two markets.
One bridge.

A two-person cross-border brokerage. We represent American manufacturers into Southern African markets — identifying qualified buyers, structuring the deal, coordinating shipment and settlement. Paid on close. Never own inventory.

By our own rule
How we work

Five steps. No surprises in the middle.

01
Identify

We map the specific gap — a manufacturer without African representation, or a buyer who cannot source a system locally.

02
Verify

Every counterparty is checked. Credit, capability, references, real order history. No introductions without verification.

03
Structure

Terms, incoterms, payment mechanism, letters of credit or escrow. We structure the deal so both sides can close.

04
Coordinate

Freight, customs, compliance, on-the-ground handover. The deal does not stop being ours at the port.

05
Settle

Funds move through instruments both parties trust. We are paid on close, from the seller's margin.

A career operator across transport and logistics, high-end vehicle sales and the finance deals behind them, commercial farming and diesel distribution. A serial entrepreneur whose businesses have all depended on knowing who is good for it and who is not, in a market where that knowledge cannot be bought.

  • Transport, logistics and fleet operations
  • High-value asset sales and deal finance
  • Agriculture and fuel distribution
  • Sourcing and supplier networks across Southern Africa

Owns the African side — buyer identification and qualification, in-market execution, and the local partner bench.

Commercial terms

No retainer to find out if this works.

01
Manufacturers

We work on commission against closed sales in an agreed territory. No upfront fee, no monthly cost, no minimum volume commitment. If nothing sells, you pay nothing.

02
Buyers

Sourcing and import advisory is quoted per project before work starts. You know the number before we begin.

03
What we never do

We do not buy your product and resell it at a markup. You always know the manufacturer's price, and we always know it too.

The first ninety days

A short conversation, then a real answer.

01
One call

Twenty minutes. What you make or what you need, and where the current route breaks down.

02
We check it

Import control status, competing distribution, realistic landed cost. We come back with a yes or a no, not a proposal deck.

03
Terms in writing

Territory, commission, duration and what happens if it doesn't work. Signed before either of us spends real time.

04
First transaction

We run it end to end and you judge us on it.

Straight answers

The things people actually ask us.

You're new. Why would a manufacturer appoint you?

Because appointing us costs nothing until something sells, and because we work a corridor most representatives don't cover. Ask us for a defined territory and a short initial term.

Do you hold stock?

No. We never take title to product, never carry inventory and never take credit risk on a buyer.

Can you get around an existing distributor?

No, and we won't try. If a manufacturer already has Southern African representation, we tell you so and walk away.

What about import permits?

South Africa controls used and second-hand goods tightly through ITAC. We work in new equipment, and we map the permit, NRCS and SAHPRA requirements before anyone commits.

Do you touch government tenders?

Never. It's in our standard agreement, with no exceptions.

Who carries the risk if a buyer doesn't pay?

Not you, and not us. We structure payment terms and, where appropriate, export credit insurance before goods ship.

Our rule

Private sector only. No government tenders.

It is written into the standard representation agreement we sign with every manufacturer, and it has no exceptions. Not for a large deal, not for a friendly introduction, not once.

Why it protects our manufacturers

Public procurement in this region is where FCPA exposure lives. By refusing the category entirely, that exposure is removed for us and for anyone who appoints us as their representative.

Why it makes us better at the job

Private buyers decide faster, pay more reliably, and specify against actual operational need rather than a scoring matrix. Our time compounds in the market that actually rewards it.
